Manual states 12 volts ac for the thermostat. Is this correct? CBi 1200.
 
You're right, the owners manual for both of my quads says 12 Volt thermostat. Try to find one! The service manual, however, says 24v! In actuality, all you need is one that closes a set of contacts. A cheap $25 programmable thermostat from Lowes or HD works fine. You just need one that will work for everything except 120volt. They make it sound like a lot more than it really is.
