Hoping Fyrebug will show up on this one but other may know.

I have an older Osburn 1600 with the gold cast door (maybe brass?). Anyhow if looking from the top down onto the stove the door appears to set out further on the latch side. I have put a straight edge on the door and the stove front and both are good. When the gasket was off the door would close square so somehow the door lip on the stove must sit further in the gasket channel on the hinge side. It almost looks like to fix it the hinges would have to set further out. This is a purely cosmetic issue and it it doesn't effect anything everything closes tight and no leaks so its no issue other than being a bit off square. I was just curious if anyone else had ever seen this on this brand of stove.

edit: went and measured and te latch side of the door is 1/4" further out from the face than the hinge side
