    Hello- I just purchased an old vermont castings vigilant. Are these still manufactured? Can I get replacement parts? What can you tell me about the wisdom of my purchase?



    Answer:

    It's a good old stove. You can get most parts through a Vermont Castings dealer. Of course- it's not a newfangled clean burning stoves- but it's "old reliable" and it looks good !
