New here. I recently purchased a home with an R14 fireplace insert. I want to clean before using, and I cannot ( for the life of me) remove the baffle. The instructions are unclear and yield zero results. My baffle has 2 protrusions along the bottom side and a lip that prevents it from sliding over top the singular air tube. If anyone has any suggestions or would like photos, please let me know. I am at my wit's end..
