Roof jack for chimney right at peak of roof?

Hello, Brand new here and first post. I'd like to put a wood stove in my shop, but would like the chimney to go directly through the peak of the roof. Is this possible, and if so, are there retailers who sell such roof setups?

Pretty sure there's a beam at the peak why not offset a foot or two?

Truss roof most likely no ridge beam. Stick built definitely a ridge beam.
