just started my p43 on room temp. Didn't seem to be heating the whole house so later changed to constant burn. Got so hot in here had to shut it down. No ability to adjust temp. Used a lot of pellets. In nh. 1200sq ft home one level. Any suggestions?

Stove temp will constantly burn and feed pellets, you can adjust the feed rate down to lower number.

Room temp will adjust based on the temp probe, maybe try moving your probe away from stove or you'll have to adjust the temperature knob accordingly.

Another thing to do is change blower speed. High fan speed will burn more pellets so not a bad idea on warmer days to set lower.

Some days and temps it is better to shut it down and then turn it on to raise the temp. Especially when it is not cold outside. Mine is shut down today because it is 62 outside.
