Question:

Operating a wood burning furnace without power?

Answer:

A company called Alpha Amerian - in Minnesota- currently makes the Yukon Furnace. The problem is that the air damper closes automatically when the poser goes out... You have to use the ash -door as the draft control when you lose poser. In addition- you should remove the fan filter door when the power goes so you can get better air circulation.
