I noticed that when I dump a bag in there is some saw dust in the bag. Not much in one bag but was thinking what happens as I continue to put bags in over the winter, will this dust continue to build up in the bottom and thinking of that auger will it just get so full of dust and plug up? Sorry for the newbie questions.

I burn the fines in both my stoves and it doesn't cause a problem, they burn up just like the pellets. Your Quad should be ok.
