    Re: Sealant I have a stone fireplace with steel doors. There is a gap between the steel and stone. My question is what to use as a sealant as this gap is creating unwanted drafts. --- Greg Dickinson --- mrtuffy1@earthlink.net --- EarthLink: It's your Internet.



    Answer:

    Either hi-temp (usually black or orange) silicone caulk, fiberglass insulation with the paper backing pulled of, or even some regular mortar (masonry)
