Question:

Re: hot Hi my air tubes on the Regency sometimes glow on a hot fire am i running the stove to hot (stove top temp. 600 to 700 degrees) or is my fire box to full or is this normal

Answer:

I've seen many such air tubs glow red in non-cat stoves similar to Regency. These tubes are usually easily replaceable for that reason. They should last 4-7 years before such replacement is needed.
