Hi all... In 1992 we purchased the Vermont Castings Cast Iron (black) Reliance Pellet stove model # 2220 for our family room. One of the best investments we have ever made. Our stove worked with out a hitch until this fall. Our problems have been the red off switch does not turn the system off. Pellets do not feed automatically into the burn chamber.
Since we do not have access to parts and a repairman in northern Ohio, we decided to purchase a new pellet burner. Our old one has been moved to a dry secure location and is for sale to anyone who is interested or able to repair it or use the parts. Since it weighs so much, pick up would be best. Shipping would be almost impossible. Located in northern Ohio, on the shores of Lake Erie. Asking $500 or best offer. All paperwork available with the unit also. Please contact Doug at [email protected] for more information.
