A fitting end to Movember

Chuck Norris came to mind with that one. His beard is so tough...

You havent seen mine in early April when its finally removed.ZZ Top's management called but Billy Gibbons & Dusty Hill wanted a stand-in who could actually play a Les Paul Custom & Firebird bass,plus be a good singer too.

That leaves me out.

Saw those guys "live" on tv recently, very disappointing to an old 70's rocker, they definitly needed someone who could sing. Seriously Thistle, you could probably do better!

This reminds me of a few Christmas ago when my now 17 year old daughter was starting to shave. I had gotten her a woman's model Remington XXX shaver as one of her gifts. She was always pumping me for clues to her presents, so i finally gave up and went in my den returning with my dad's old 70's vintage 12 ga. I said " this is a Remington 1100, I got you a Remington XXX for Christmas" and put it back in the den. Needless to say, she busted up laughing when she opened the Remington XXX shaver christmas morning.

After she had figured it all out and moved on, I brought out one of her other gifts, a Ruger 10/22!
