Yes, that was made in 1976 and I do not remember much just something about finding sanctuary before turning 30, but I do not see your point?

Anyway, the low outside was 59.5 Deg F this morning and the low temp in the shed was 65.8 Deg F

The high temp outside today was 81.3 Deg F and the Hi in the shed was 74.8 deg F

So the outside temp swing today is:
    21.8 Deg F ! ! 59.5 to 81.3

The inside shed temp swing today is:
    9 Deg F ! ! 65.8 to 74.8

The shed is also under a nice shady pine tree too but the fiberglass paper faced insulation and foil encased in polypropylene may be doing something?

As a comparison to the shed, the house temp on the 2nd floor of the split today went from
    72.3 to 80.4 for a swing of 8.1 degs! !

The house has no shade trees but does have the foil in the attic. :)

    Hello
Well, today was a great test for the foil thermal relief as the high temp outside soared to 88.5 Inside the house the temp climbed to 87.8 ! My friend's uninsulated shed was like a blast furnace inside and so was his aluminum sided trailer home! They were just about uninhabitable!

Well the maximum temperature in the our shed went only to a mere 80.2 degrees F inside! A fairly comfortable spot!

The Reflectix foil actually does work! ! !

Problem is, with a building that size it doesn't take many times opening the door to kill any cool air you may have trapped.

Interesting, I was thinking the same thing about loosing alot of heat when I opened the door in the winter, but it did not happen. The walls inside held the heat in! So it seems similar with the cool, the walls are not hot!

It is 11:00 PM now and 61.2 deg F outside temperature. Since the inside shed temperature is 76.3 Deg F just a little fan in front of the screened window really helps even more. See pic below!

Actually after running it for a few mins it did bring the temp 75.2 but it had a funny plastic smell in the shed. Maybe it was not a good idea to pull in cool but very humid air into the dry shed?

Maybe a built in air conditioner would be much better if I want to bring the temp down?
