shutdown cycle

OK So I finally installed my stove today but the addition is still not quite done. I will post pics when I get back from Puerto Rico.
I was reading the manual and can't find where it says how long the shutdown cycle runs for.

I don't believe it is a predetermined time, but rather it is based on when temps are reached.

yep...the hotter the stove was burning, the longer the shut down will be, and vice versa
