I’ve been debating on getting a larger stove from a jotul f100 to a Bennington 8350. It looks like the only adjustment I’ll need to do is slide the single wall up about 7 more inches on the slip connector. I’ll just use the same screw holes in the single wall and screw into the adjusted slip height. My question is, the exsisting holes on the connector that the pipe is screwed into now will be further down into the pipe. So they won’t be exposed. Does anyone think that would create any issues with smoke escaping? Thanks!
