Not all fabricators had a brake heavy enough to bend the wider plates. That fabricator I believe was in Wisconsin that made their own barrel shaped handles and saved by making their own dampers. They only had to buy doors from the Fishers, and could make their parts to save fabrication costs.

This one is just like that.
