im wondering if the only source for spare parts(bricks, baffles and burn tubes) is direct from the manufacturer?
in the spirit of being frugal, as most wood burners are, i want to keep a spare set of these items on hand in the event that they need replacing in the dead of winter when the stove needs to be running 24/7.
are these usually only available through the manufacturer?
thanks

really... $77 for one tube?
I will be making my own at that price!
stock steel tubing with similar ID.... check
drill press.... check
tape measure... check
drill bit of the same size as the hole in the OEM.... check

at this rate, i will not save any money burning wood
lol

how often should the secondary burn tubes be replaced?
the ceramic baffles?

the reason i began looking for spare parts was because i accidentally nicked one of the ceramic baffles, but its a small 1/4" X 1/4" chip in the forward most lip.(hit it when loading a log)
