First time stove owner and I have a question about the chimney pipe. I have the super vent manufactured pipe and the top is getting a blueish tint to it, is this normal or am I getting the stove to hot?

Hard to say without knowing the stove temps. The answer to both questions could be yes. Get a stove thermometer on the stove top and let us know what you are reading. Or put a proper flue thermometer on the flue and let us know the temps there.

PS: Can you add the stove make and model to your signature in your control panel settings?
