    What do you think about using these for a heat exchanger in a wood stove?

    I suspect they would cake up with creosote pretty quick, and I'm not sure how they would react to the extra heat of the fire - you could have a mess on your hands. Not something I'd try.

    They also have lead sweges that would probably melt. If you find the right customer they are worth some bucks.
