Stelrad Boiler Attachment Spec Sheets - Does anyone have them???

We have a Stelrad Boiler Attachment on the back we found the following nC21680A Stelrad Group, SKFODC 1319811B - It's Red and I have a picture. We want to reconnect it but I need the specs on it for the Building Inspector so that we can safely reattach it to our oil burner. We don't have them or any paperwork that came with it. Does anyone have what we need so that I can get a copy this way we can use it this year. We froze last year with the oil prices being so high and I know how warm we could be if we could only attach this coal boiler again. Thanks for your help.
