With all the information both good and bad about pellet manufactures
why is there no list of them
IMHO it would be nice to go one place/site with the name, location and review.

Yes that is something nice and would be very helpful for all. There is a member who has started a pellet review website, but currently there are a limited number of reviews as the site has only recently started.

A couple things to keep in mind though is that 1) There way too many pellet labels out there to have an all inclusive list. 2) There are so many variables that it would be hard to compare apples-to-apples. Some brands are regional also.

Multiple people could have various experiences burning the same pellets. Some of those variables are House configuration, insulation, localized outside temperatures, Stove brand/model, feed and air settings, vent configuration, pellet batch, dealer handling, etc.. I am sure that other members could continue to add to this list of variables.

Take reviews for what they are... the reviewers experience, not everyone elses. The best thing to do if your curious about a pellet brand, buy a couple bags and try them yourself prior to making a large purchase.

I agree with codebum.

Always best to try a few bags of pellets in your stove before commiting to buying
that brand by the ton.
Some people here love a certain brand of pellets while others hate them.
