stihl 029 $100

I have an oppurtunity to get a lightly used 029 for $100
the gentleman is out if town till sat and holding it for me
I know the price is right anything in particular to look out for??
I'll probably buy it unless it obviously junk
I've wasted more than $100 before

pull the muffler and check the piston with a T-27 that will tell the story quick enough!

It will give you a look at the piston and your looking for scoring and or ridges worn into the piston..Only takes a min. and the whole story of that saws life is right there.
