Will stove cement support weight like a metal to metal joint inside of a stove.

Will it? yeah

Should it...I wouldn't want it to.

You makin something cool and not posting pics?

Is it cast or steel? Can you weld it instead of cementing it? Something about realying on cement to bear a load rubs me the wrong way...no real justification for it

Im just tryin a new baffle configuration on my garage stove and want a tempory hold to see if it works out if it does im burnin it in. i would just tac it I just dont want to repaint it if it doesnt work. I dont know maybe i should just tac it up its just a garage stove.
