I just found out I need to add some extra length to my outside stove pipe and I wondering how to get the pipes apart now since they are sealed with the silicone goo. How do I get the pipes apart and not trash pieces I already have??

Thanks for the help

The easy way is to heat the silicon with a butane torch. That will soften the silicon then use a couple of oil filter strap wrenches and they should come apart easy.
