Do any of you have any experience with these Stiebel Eltron Electric Tankless Water heaters or similar products?

http://www.e-tankless.com/products.php

I use a sidearm off my tarm wood boiler to heat my DHW in the winter and I am looking for a good summer time option. We are on a well and our household consists of 2 adults and 3 kids. No hot tub or swimming pools planned.

Is elec on-demand DHW a better alternative to our current 40 gallon electric tank?

I would keep my existing tank in line to serve as a pre-heater and maybe add another tank to incorporate solar in the future.

Any insight appreciated.

I usually find that most people require rewiring for electric tankless(normally a deal breaker). Did you look at the electric demands?? It is very electric intensive to hear water quick.
