So I have been reading there is a tax credit for certain inserts. I bought the firex large flush hybrid. On the tax form it asks for kW rating. Only throng I can find is btu/hr. Doing the conversion it is not working. The tax form says the number should be between 0-9.99. I can't find anything. Help!!

I asked Google "convert kw to btu/hr", and got:
1 kilowatt = 3412.14163 btu / hour

I'm seeing a $300 tax credit that is effective for any bio mass stove (wood or pellet) that is at least 75% efficient.
Here's a bunch of info on the tax credit and the link to the IRS form 5695. Looks like you only need to fill out line 22a. The KW rating is for solar/wind/geo I think and that's on the first few lines.
