I just want to share this. It's probably not appropriate for this forum but I think we really need to pay attention to what's going on in our country.

THE ANT AND THE GRASSHOPPER

Syd, that's a great story!

Believe me, I KNOW how I need to vote this November. As my father said, "throw da bums out" (and I mean ALL). It's time the hard working "Ants" send Washington a message.

pardon me while i pee in my pants...

not the first time BTW....

I was waiting for a it's GWB's fault somewhere in the story! lol.

You can`t blame Obama. He was up front most of the way. He told everyone exactly what he was going to do and everyone well knew who his past associates were but the majority still voted for him anyway.
That would have been more than enough to ruin any other candidate especially one with absolutely no record of accomplishment.
There`s 2 reasons why he is where he is.
1... unfounded hatred for Geo Bush
2.....a widely held liberal view that electing Obama would help atone for past racial injustices.

Wouldn't this story have been more PC (on this site) if the ant had been scrounging wood for his new install :)

3.....a large population who aren't too smart, and believe that if you say it on TV, using a tele-prompter, is HAS to be true

I don't mind sharing with the grass hopper, he can have some of what I have. (Within reason)

But he gets to close to my pellet stash! No more grass hopper!

Could he be a false ant? Maybe a termite working for the wood fiber industry?

Updated this post to make it more interesting.
