I mentioned to my wife (last night) that I needed to move some wood to finish off a stack an it also would open up a stack for some of the Cherry I hauled out, she did it today by wheelbarrow.

I actualy would like the other two moved, should I ask? Pic 6369 is the stack she finished off, all the wood will be burned next year, some seasoned for two years the other for three year.

They are t-post, we have mostly sand up here so we pound them in. Home Depot or Lowes should carry them in different lengths.

Thanks, I'm a very lucky person. The first year she stacked most of the wood (we decided in April on the woodstove) so I was c/s and she was stacking.

    I really enjoy your posts.
I think that its really awesome to have the kids and wife out in the woods helping out.
There's no way that my wife would move all that wood by her self.
    Your one lucky guy!!!!

She can drive the Rhino but it's tight quarters in that area so it's tough backing up until I clear some smaller trees.

I just have to add here that my wife and I were lucky and were at zap's place for a short visit. There are two wonderful people and his wife is everything he says she is. I sometimes wonder what it would be like to have our wives together to do some work. I'll bet there would be a lot of work done in short order. That is just the type of women they are. Then to top it off, both are great cooks! We love them. And I can bet that should we ever get to zap's place again, it won't be for such a short visit as the last time.
