To cover or not to cover? That is the question

In late summer or early fall I top cover the current year's stack. My stacks are on well drained/sloped cement in full sunlight and wind. I haven't really found anything for covering that I like very well. Tarps seem to weather and tear too easily. Someone on here mentioned uising old metal roofing - man, I took a trailer of that to the salvage yard a few years back... never thought of using that for covering wood but it sounds like a good idea.
 
Ouch AJ. That would have been ideal. It is what we use for the most part.
