Us Stove model 6039

I just helped my retired grandmother install her new pellet stove. It is a UsStove model 6039. Its a multi fuel stove and she is using just wood pellets. We have a question on base line settings on the stove if anyone has some. Does anyone have one of these and if so what kind of fuel usage have you experience with it. She is using a bag and a half a day so far in 30* weather. She is heating a 14x70 mobile home. The house 8 years old. She did call the company but there customer support is next to none as she put it to me.
