us stove pellet furnace model 6200

i have a 6100 funace as a supliment with 12" return and feed. looking to get a little more heat out of stove . anybody had any exprience? there web site says there is a way but you need to contact them.but there phone is no help.somthing in the programing of the controler you can up the duct temp>
