Are there any generic options to replace this part?

It runs from $185 to almost $300 depending on the vendor.

I'm running a much smaller stove in its place at the moment and would love to get it back in service. Just don't want to spend 25% of the cost of a NEW stove to fix it!

Just bought one of these and took the fan and housing off and put on my breckwell housing and fan. half the price.

Not yet. If I can't find the unit whole I'll try to source the mitor only.

Sounds like you grafted the motor into the fan unit?

Yes i did just that. It has the same mount holes, just swap out the parts. 20 min back in the stove.

OK update on that motor, worked great for about 2 hours then thermal shutdown. i guess it doesn't get enough cooler air hiding in the back of the BIG-E. on with the search. I'm gonna have a lot of barely used motors for ebay. lol i will find a better motor and price somewhere out there
