From what I've read You fighting a losing battle on trying to heat a basement that's not insulated if thats the case. I've been getting my garage (27x27) to 74 degrees when its 32 outside ,on the #2 heat range setting , draft fan @5 and the bottom vent pulled 75% out. thats on the 6041 fed pellets. CE
