Did you make them or are they from a restaurant? They have been a menu mainstay here for years in the Utica area. Along with Chicken Riggies. YUMMMM.

We made them from a recipe from the internet, we did hear about them from my sister in the syracuse area.

hmm hmm. If you want less fat and more flavor, substitute turkey sausage for the prosciutto and add cherry peppers. Fresh from the garden cherry peppers if possible.

I live near the Utica area but work in Utica. We have many company meetings at restraunts throughout the city and yes the greens are a huge hit at each one.Most meetings are snoozefest but at least we eat well at them..
