Does anyone have one of these non catalytic Encores. I recently purchased one and am only getting 4 - 6 hours of burn time on a seasoned load of oak. Reiewing all my documentation, the sales brochure states up to 10 hours burn time. Once I have a well established fire, I close the damper on the stove and shut the air inlet valve down to get the most efficient burn.

Looking to see if anyone else has one and if so, are you getting more than the 4 -6 hours of burn time. Any suggestions?

Thanks.
