Hi,

our friend was filling our cast iron steamer on top of our new Green Mountain 60 cast iron stove, and overfilled it while the stove was hot. I wasn't home at the time and after researching I learned a bit about the damage that can be done by thermal shock, and now I am wondering how to tell if there was any damage from this event. There aren't any visible cracks or other signs of damage, is there anything else I should be looking for?

Thanks
