website wants to open on my computer, what do I do?

Skype names wants to open on my computer. I did not invite it and I can't get rid of it. It has popped up five times while I type this, and has frozen my e-mail. How do they have a right to do this? How do I get rid of it?

When you get the popup, press ALT-F4 to close the window safely.

Then make sure your Av and anti-spyware apps are up to date and run a full scan. If you don't have anything, Microsoft Security Essentials and AVG free are excellent apps to do both.
