    Question:

    What does 8 hour burn time mean, when stated in benifits of a wood stove?



    Answer:

    Not much, since there are no standards for this sort of thing. However, it may mean that the stove will still have a few embers in it 8 hours after being filled up....assuming that the stove's air control was turned almost all the way down.
