What happens when you leave alot of pellets in the hopper and store in a damp garage for 2 years?

ONE WICKED AUGER JAM ! ! ! LOL

This was a good working Enviro EF3 - Not any more!

The pellets have hardend like cement and the painted hopper and stainless steel auger is all rusted!

Does it look any better in pic 2 after the pellets were chipped out with a screw driver and vacuum?

What next? Will this stove ever recover and start smoking again?

Looks like it'll buff out, don'tcha think? :rolleyes:
 
No doubt, definitely fixable.....I am sure it's covered under warranty as well, too! Must be, as I am sure no one ever told the owner they can't over summer pellets in there.

What's a repair like that cost, Don?

It is part of my rebuilding process. It just adds value, but since the machine would be junk if that is not fixed, it does add alot of value. :)
