It's a Jotul 118 clone, most likely made in Taiwan. If there are no cracks and all of the interior parts are intact, then it could be worth resealing, cleaning up, and repainting to use as a cabin heater.

Can't say without knowing more about the interior condition and parts. Given its age and condition, not much unless a complete rebuild is done.

Thank you very much if I clean it up what do you think I might get for it?
Even completely rebuilt its a $300 to $400 stove at best

Show us the interior. That's where we can help if it's missing burn plates, top baffle, etc.
I have a similar clone. And i do use it, it is a good old school burner if it's not damaged or missing parts.

If you are going to scrap it, i might be interested in buying the legs.
