where to get replacement parts? what ones to keep on hand?

i have a enviro venice 1700 insert.
i would like to have some spare firebrick on hand and a spare set of baffles as well as secondary pipes.
basically anything that can break/go wrong i would like to have spares for.
am i limited to reordering only from enviro directly?
are there any hearth members here who have enviro products?
i would like to support those dealers who help keep these forums full of knowledge.
