Well we have finally found the air leak in the stove. The new tech guy just returned from Harman retraining and knew immediately where to look, this is a common problem ,probably due to rough shipping.Simply by placing some foil tape on seams in the pellet hopper , the whistle dissappeared. The tape is then removed and seam is sealed with silicone.
