Own a 2T Insert for the past 25 yr's, picked up a Quest Plus Insert that was missing a control board for $100 past summer, anyone can tell me if the plus would be better than my old 2?
I've been test firing it in my garage, why did the plus go to the older wider burnpot?, I feel more pellets will need to drop to maintain a flame, maybe Whitfield figured wider the pot, more heat?, the surround setup seems odd with the damper is behind it.
What I do like is the top opening, so much easier pouring in pellets compared to the 2" wide slit of a door on the 2T
