I have a real problem my stove loads up the firepot after about 4 hrs. I've adjusted the pellet feed changed pellets cleaned everthing i thought. I pulled off the combustion fan down towards the firepot but there us a sharp 90 degree bend, so i wiggled a coat hanger and put it back together. It changed the flame alittle but even with damper almost all the way out i still get a buildup.

Any imput would be appreciated, also should igo in from the back of the stove and pull the manifold, would that help?

Thx

sounds like not enough air. Even though you are opening up the damper as wide as it will go, the air intake is driven by the exhaust going out. Give the stove a thorough cleaning, espescially internally. Clean out the vent also. I am not that familiar with your stove, but I am sure someone here will be able to give specific instructions on how to do it properly.
