Whitfield profile 20

Having a problem with turn on of the stove. When I turn on the stove at the thermostat, There is a clicking sound in the unit control board. Each time it clicks, the lights flash on and immedately off. Later(five minuets or so) the stove might come on by trying the thermostat. Sometimes not. Can the control board be repaired? If so where. If not, can anyone tell me of a source for a new board?
