Whitfield Profile 30-2 motherboard lights

My motherboard red flame lights are not correct I.e. when set at high setting, it's actually medium. When set at low setting it's actually high. Any ideas?

Also, I recently replaced the auger motor and it works fine. Question should the motor run continuously or should it stop\start every 3 seconds pending the setting?

The lights I have no idea
The auger should pulse on/off supplying
the correct charge to maintain the fire for the heat call
More heat bigger fire on longer. Less heat smaller fire
on a shorter time .
