why 1/2 screens and why top sash only comes down so far.. I am used to operating casement ones only in Pella...
is it possible to drill the hole ourselves in the removable glazing panel glass to add the inner blinds ?

Ps I dont like the new triple pane ones.. And the new Rollscreens are POOP.compared to the older ones, rollsreen
