I've learned that having horses (from my sister) takes real dedication and hard work!

Question is, do you let them in so they can enjoy the wood heat too?

We're not doing that bad, considering 2 years ago.

I'll keep every one posting on the shedding status ;lol

I'll take these winters. I did 10 hours of plowing last weekend and that was 10 to many.

My two daughters (10 and 12 years old) are in love with fuzzy horses. And like potato chips, you can't have just one. The white horse is 33 years old.

He is a she. We have all mares. I am not a horse person at all, but the horse people we know tell us the old gray mare is in very good shape for her age. She keeps her weight up and does not take much trash talking from the other horses.

You would of loved the place we just sold...a 2000 sq.ft. one bedroom townhouse built around a horse farm, 8 grazing meadows, 2 outdoor rings, and 2 indoor rings, miles of riding trails....400 units on 560 acres
