Encased Outside Wall Application
1. OUTSIDE WALL APPLICATIONS must be fully encased with
construction equivalent in fi re rating to surrounding components.
All metal chimneys and vents are recommended for enclosure with
this type of installation. Long, exposed (unencased) runs of chimney or
vent are defi nite contributors to condensation and corrosion problems.
This is particularly true with the low temperature associated with oil
or gas fi red appliances.

We just recently received our UL listing for pellet and corn applications, I have the new Pellet / Corn installation instructions that can be faxed or emailed, they are not on the web site yet. the installlation instructions on the site are for oil only. We also are combining both our Register line with our vent line on our new site. Hopefully it will be done soon.

Sorry for the incorrect information

Im glad to see more Pellet vent options in hopes to keep the cost down on pellet vent with more Competion.

Is the pellet vent going to be 3" clearance?
Most other brand have been re-tested to 1"

For Now we are listed at 3" clearance, UL are real pains to work with, we have had our horizontal cap in for approval since April, they do not move very fast (government). I hope by this time next year to be horizontally approved and be listed for 1" clearance.
