    I found someone selling a "barely used" Yard Machines, 27 ton, Honda 5.5 hp motor on Craigs list. Any experience with Yard Machines splitters? What would be a good price (asking $1000) assuming it is in good condition as advertised?

    (my body is aching from swinging the maul the past week.....)

    If something is "barely used", it is used alot more than you think. Swing the extra few hundred and buy a new one with a warrenty...

    Or offer $750.
